Tourist Information Centre
From Historical Hastings
Based at 9 Verulam Place between 1965 and the 1970s, this building was originally planned as a home for Hastings Museum, but was found to be too small leading to the John's Place site being chosen. When the Information Centre moved out in 1976, the building was utilised for a time as a English as a Foreign Language (EFL) school run by Student International Services Ltd (SIS)[1] with other usages on various other floors - this building being demolished in 1987.
