Henry Samuel Foyster (1791-1862)

From Historical Hastings

Born in St. Pancras, Middlesex, the Rev. H. S. Foyster studied at Cambridge, then upon moving to Hastings, lectured in St. Clements and All Saints Churches before becoming rector of All Saints between 1849 and 1862 (his patron being his brother John who preceded him as rector). His first wife, Sarah Platt, would appear to have died in childbirth during 1838 and the Reverend Foyster married Mary Harvey in St Mary In The Castle church in 1848[1].
