Marie-Amelia (or Amelie) 1782-1866 was queen to Louis-Phillippe I, & the last queen in France
The Duc de Nemours 1814-1896 Prince Louis of Orleans, was the second son of Louis Phillippe. His wife Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg & Gotha died 1857.
Claremont was originally bought by the nation in 1816 for Charlotte, (daughter of George IV), and Prince Leopold of Saxe-Coburg. Sadly Charlotte died in childbirth the folowing year & Leopold left there in 1831 when he became the first King of the Belgians. He lent the house to Victoria, who in turn lent it to Louis-Phillippe & Marie-Amelie in exile, where Louis-Philippe died in 1850.
The Duke de Monpensier 1824-1890 was the youngest son of Louis Philippe
Grand Duke Michael Nikolaevich 1832-1909 was the fourth son and seventh child of Emperor Nicholas l of Russia and Charlotte of Prussia.
Count de Paris 1838-1894 Philippe d’Orleans, pretender to the French throne.

Ex-queen of Spain Maria Christina, 1806-1878, wife of Ferdinand Vll of Spain. The Duchess of Montpensier was her daughter.
