Proved at London with 2 Codicils 2nd August 1833 before the Worshipful William Calverley Curteis Dr. of Laws of Sussex by the oath of Sarah Eliza Halsey Spinster out of the Executors named in the first codicil to whom Admin was granted having been first sworn duly to above power
This is the last Will
and Testament of Edward Milward of Hastings in the County of Sussex Esquire. First I give and devise unto my dear Wife Sarah Milward the house and ground in Hastings which I lately purchased of the Reverend William Hout(illegible text) and also the House and School Room buildings and ground in All Saints in Hastings aforesaid.
