Collegiate School for Girls

Located in Bonham House, Pevensey Road. The head teacher, a Miss Fricker Hall became secretary of the local Womans Suffragette movement around 1875, alongside Lady Brassey the inaugural president.[1] There is an advertisement for either the same school or one sharing the same name, but this time at Kenilworth House in Quarry Terrace in 1878[2]
