Purpose: fetch any information on the time and place for an event, default formatted for an infobox. It will likely be renamed to reflect this function, or will be made to output different formats depending on the type of parameter 1.

• operand 2, if set to "check" will test to see if there are any footnotes.- everything else could be empty, but there might be footnotes, so it will first call with check for the calling function's if statement.

Parameters:

• 1: Event name eg birth, death, wedding1 etc.
• 2: if = check will return the source and notes fields.

• Obsolete:get-ex fetch currently unused subpage will fetch from an articles subpage. We may use this for the extreme events like residences, occupations, and military events. However, this will create a non uniform data model.
