Happy Harold is a restored trolleybus that is a regular feature in carnivals and other events around the town. It had for nine out of the ten years' existence of the "Trolleybus Pull" been the vehicle that was pulled. In 2010, Harold required maintenance and, as a substitute, local firm R. E. Morgan provided a lorry loaded with two tons of ballast[1].
